Alene F. Kelly
Age 88, of Canton died Wednesday, December 30, 2015 in Altercare of Nobles Pond following a brief illness. Born February 9, 1927 in Barnsboro, PA to the late Robert and Cora (Strange) King. She was a Canton resident for the past 70 years. Alene was a member of the former St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and Fraternal Order of Eagles McKinley Aerie #2370. She was an avid bowler. Preceded in death by her husband, George A. Kelly in 2003; one son, Dale Kelly; three brothers, Bobby, Lincoln and Dick King. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Dave Wendell of Perry Twp.; one son and companion, Randy Kelly and Kim Spear of Perry Twp.; three grandchildren and spouses, Mark and Jennifer Schneider, Lisa and Brian Hirscheider, Ashley and Jeremy Lynch; three great grandchildren, Noah, Eden and Heidi; one sister-in-law, Belva King of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, Jan 4, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Pastor Edward Fashbaugh officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
