Barbara J. Haney

Age 86, of Canton, passed away Tuesday February 1, 2022 in Aultman Hospital. She was born July 14, 1935 in Canton Township to the late Ralph and Juanita (Brown) Lung. Barbara was a 1954 graduate of Lincoln High School and was a life resident of the Canton area. She was formerly employed by Fitness Quest and A.C. Towel for many years. She was a member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Marvin D. Haney in 2009; one son, Joseph Haney in 2012; two brothers, Ralph Lung Jr. and Donald Lung; half-brother, Jim Lung. Barbara is survived by two daughters, Tamara (Dan) Hodge and Julia (James) Roberts; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday February 5, 2022 at 10:00am in Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. L. Scott Bacon officiating. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery.
