Brooks C. Stahler

Age 82, of Louisville, Ohio died Friday, February 26, 2021 in his home following a brief illness. Born October 31, 1938 in New Harrisburg, OH to the late Charles and Katherine (Brooks) Stahler. He was a Canton area resident most of his life and a 1959 graduate of Canton South High School. Brooks was a U.S Army Vietnam veteran. He retired from Republic Steel in 1999 with 40 years of service. Preceded in death by a brother, William Stahler and a sister, Shirley Stephenson. He is survived by three sons, Kenneth Stahler, Craig Stahler, Chris Stahler; a sister-in-law, Sandy Stahler; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. Masks and social distancing will be required. Memorial donations may be made to the Akron/Canton Regional Food Bank.
