Donald L. Smith
Donald L. Smith, age 74, of Canton, died Tuesday, September 13, 2005 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born November 28, 1930, in Canton, Ohio to the late Allen W. and Mary E. (Devine) Smith. He was a life resident of the Canton area and a Korean War Army veteran. Retired from the Timken Company after 40 years of service. Preceded in death by a brother, Allen W. Smith Jr., brother-in-law, Homer Wise; great nephew, Gregory Rupert and friend, Bertha Fink. Survived by a sister, Bess Wise of Canton; several generations of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Thursday, Sept 15, 2005 at 1 pm in the chapel at Sunset Hills Burial Park. There will be no other services.
