Elva Sue Altimore

Age 76, of Canton, passed away Wednesday June 20, 2018 in Altercare of Navarre. She was born March 4, 1942 in Rogersville, TN to the late App and Stella K. (Stipe) Miner. Elva was a faithful member of Maryland Ave Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by an infant son, Timmy A. Altimore; four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband, James S. Altimore to whom she was married 55 years; two children, Jimmy (Debbie) Altimore and Janet (Roger) Spitale; three grandchildren, Cody and Tyler Spitale, Aubrie Milburn; two great-grandchildren, Johnny and Zoe; two brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be Saturday June 23, 2018 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Dr. Tudor Peshel officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
