Florence M. Humrighouse

Florence M. Humrighouse, age 98, passed away on June 29, 2024.

Florence was born on April 1, 1926 to Virgilio and Emilia (Biasi) Marignoni in Goshen, OH.

She graduated from Uhrichsville High School in 1944. Florence was a manager at Finney’s Drug Store in the Southgate Shopping Center for many years. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and the Women’s Missionary Society. She was also a member of Canton Chapter #190 Order of the Eastern Star.

Florence is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry Humrighouse; son, Richard Humrighouse; two sisters and three brothers; and son in law, Bill Wingert.

Florence is survived by her daughter, Kaye Wingert; son, Ray (Amy) Humrighouse; grandchildren, Nathan Humrighouse, Dana Humrighouse, Kristin (Mark) Temsic and Brian Wingert; great grandchildren, Trenton, Asher, Logan, Jacob, Cole and Camden.

The family would like to thank the exceptional staff at the Canton Regency Memory Care Unit and Elara Hospice for their loving care.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd from 10-11am at Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Lawrence officiating. Florence will be laid to rest at Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia.
