Francis C. Bell “PJ”, 79 died February 25, 2023, with his family by his side following a brief illness.
He was born November 23, 1943, in Canton, OH to Francis Henry and Margaret Irene Delores Bell. He attended St. Mary’s Church and school as a child with his family. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1961.
PJ could accomplish anything he set his mind to do, from bull riding to building toboggan slides with his lifelong friends at Bear Creek. He started his own business - PJ’s Body & Welding, in 1977, and invented a design for a patented cycle carriage for towing motorcycles. He was a welder by trade, and this was the inspiration to his many accomplishments in life. His business has grown into a successful precision metal fabrication and powder coating operation (PJ’s Fabricating, Inc), that continues to be family run and operated.
He was fearless in every adventure he pursued and lived his best life. His hobbies and interests included motorcycles, dirt bikes, dune buggies, and snowmobiling and good rock-n-roll/blues music.
