Helen I Kintigh

Helen Irene Kintigh passed away peacefully on February 28, 2024, at Green Meadows Care in Louisville.  She was born on March 28, 1930, to the late Levi Marks and Nellie Pearl (Kelly) Marks.  

Helen was a member of Epworth Methodist Church.  She enjoyed many activities, most notable creating the perfect home for her husband and children.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Dwane Kintigh whom passed away in 1997, siblings, Pearl Stipe, Idella Keller, Timothy Marks, David Marks, Beverly Hammond.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughters; Nina (Bob) Mock, Tesa (Craig) Strasser,  grandchildren; Tyson Mock, Denae (Kade) Kotheimer, Matthew (Jamie) Skipper, Linnea (Ryan) Cook, Valerie (Kyle) Leskosky and John Strasser. 10 great-grandchildren and her sister Sharon (Charles) Meek; A special nephew Charles Meek Jr. and her friend and caregiver Mary Verhoff.

Calling hours for Helen will be held on Monday March 11, 2024, from 10:00 am. - 11:00 am. at the Sanders funeral home, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will take place at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
