Hubert H. Wildman

Hubert H. Wildman age 88 passed away on Sunday March 17, 2024, surrounded by his family.  He was born on April 11, 1935, in Marion Co., West Virginia, to the late Clarence E. Wildman and Bonnie Marie (Schrader) Wildman. He enjoyed attending church with family at the East Canton Church of God and later at the First Christian Church.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree Hubert became an Industrial Arts Department teacher for Canton City School.   He enjoyed making crafts, gardening and loved attending craft shows with his wife. He loved nature, animals and especially his dogs.  He gained his love for nature growing up on a farm.  Hubert loved learning new things he was a simple man, and his greatest passion was spending time with family and friends.  

Hubert is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Elizabeth Wildman in 2018; daughter Lisa Bradley, sister Wilda Mae Robinson and brother Roland E. Wildman and brother-in-law, James Carr.

Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Cathy (Tom Kreinbrink) Dimos; sister Wanda Page; granddaughters Lindsey (Charles) Baker, Elizabeth (Michael Kirk) Dimos, Nicole Dimos; great-grandchildren Shelby & Kairi Baker; sister in laws, Carole Beck and Mildred Carr; nieces and nephews, Ronnie Jr., Donna, David, John, Tom, Jenny, Scott, Brad, and Peggy.

Friends may call Tuesday March 26, 2024, from 5:00-7:00pm at Sanders Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 1:00pm.   Internment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Floral arrangements are welcome, however if preferred, a donation in Hubert’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
