Imelda A Wallace

Imelda Wallace, age 95, died Wednesday, August 23, 2023, in Altercare  (Louisville Center).  She was born on December 8, 1927, to the late Edward Alborn and Florance (Karch) Alborn. She was a homemaker and was a Member of the Howenstine Christian Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons Bill (Harriet) and Bruce (Rhonda) Wallace; several grandchildren, including Carrie Holland; great-grandchildren, including Michael Phillips; sister Edna Elliot; sister-in-law Darlene Alborn.

She is preceded by her parents and husband, Joseph H. Wallace, in 2015; 2 Sons, Michael, and Wayne Wallace; sisters, Florance Elliot and Helen Roush; and brothers, Ralph and Sonny Alborn.

A graveside service will be held in the chapel at Melscheimer Cemetery on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 12 p.m., with Pastor Chris Davis as officiant.  Burial will follow at Melscheimer Cemetery
