Joan M. Nave

Joan M. Nave, age 77, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025. A lifelong resident of Canton, she was born on April 13, 1948, to Friend and Esther (VonGunten) Yoho.

Joan retired from Fisher Foods, and was an involved member of Dueber Church in Canton.

Joan is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Michael Yoho, Becky Bratka, and Linda Conley.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Lee (Mary Kryah) Nave of Las Vegas, NV, Michelle Bebout and Chrystina (Daniel) Becherer of Canton, OH, and Perry (Heather) Nave of Strasburg, OH; grandchildren, Brent (Amanda) Summers, Caleb Summers, A.J. Summers, Amber (Dylan) Caudill, Brittany Bebout, Devin Nave, Taylor Crites, Emalee Nave; great-grandchildren, Avery and Lilly Summers, Griffin and Juniper Caudill, Levi Gallion; and sister, Kathy Yoho.

A memorial service for Joan will be held on August 15, 2025, at Dueber Church, 645 Dueber Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706, at 11 am. Family and friends may visit during calling hours immediately preceding the service from 10-11 am, and are invited to attend a luncheon at the church following the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan’s memory to Dueber Church, 645 Dueber Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706.
