Larry G. Hodge

Larry G. Hodge, age 77, passed away on March 8, 2024, in Canton, Ohio. Larry was born on May 21, 1946, to the late Lawrence Hodge and Evelyn (Baker) Hodge. 

He graduated from East Canton High School, after which he joined the United States Navy. His first tour of duty was aboard the USS Shangri La. Larry honorably served during the Vietnam War from 1969-1970.

Larry retried from truck driving and his CB handle was “Agitator”. He loved fishing and boating. 

Larry is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dolly Starkey.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Karen Hodge; sons, Rickie Hodge and Eric (Pati) Hodge; grandchildren, Tristen Hodge, Paige Huff; great-grandchild, Brooklynn Hodge, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during calling hours at Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 5 to 7 PM, with a military honors following visitation.
