Lowell E. Decker
Age 78 of Louisville passed away Friday December 24, 2021 in his home from Covid. He was born April 6, 1943 in Wadsworth, OH to the late John and Addie (Clark) Decker. He is survived by three children, Crystal DeArment, John (Lisa) Decker and Jason Decker; four grandchildren, one brother and two sisters. There will be no public services.
