Mary M. Davis

Mary M. Davis age 96 of Canton, Ohio passed away on July 2, 2024. She was born in Duncan, West Virginia on April 4, 1928, to the late Ira and Amanda (Carder) Parsons. 

Mary was an accounting technician and retired from the U.S Postal Service in 1989 after 24 years of service. She was a member of A.A.R.P and N.A.R.F.E and attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Besides her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband B. Ray Davis in 2007; Her son, Stephen McIntyre; 3 sisters, Janie Winland, Addie Vannest and Dollie Cline; 2 brothers, Arthur and Orten Parsons.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter; Debra (Stan) Reed; two grandchildren, Wesley Harvey and Kristi (Josh) Boyes; three great-grandchildren, Johnny, Jacob and Alan.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 12:00 to 1:00pm at Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow with Pastor Ed Barnes as officiant. Mary will be laid to rest North Lawn Cemetery
