Michael R. Mollohan

Age 61, of East Sparta, passed away Monday July 18, 2022 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. He was born October 3, 1960 in Akron, OH to the late Ronald C. and Patricia L. (Morgan) Mollohan. Mike was a 1979 graduate of Springfield High School and was a U.S. Army veteran where he had served eight years. He retired from the Asbestos Workers Union Local #84 after 28 years of service and was currently employed by Amazon. Mike enjoyed camping woodworking and construction. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one grandson, Glenn Lane III. Mike is survived by three children, Christie Mollohan (Holly), Jennifer Lane and Michael Mollohan II (Amanda); one grandchild, Cadence Oliver; two great-grandchildren, Amoura and Zanden; Mike’s companion, Amanda Meola; three brothers, Ronnie (Alice), Bruce (Lisa) and Scott (Arlene) Mollohan; two sisters, Kelly Gabel and Tricia Reece.
