Nancy I. Hawkins

Age 79, of Canton died in her home Sunday, September 1, 2019 following a brief illness. Born August 11, 1940 in Williamson, WV. to the late Jake and Irene (Wilson) McPeek. She was a Canton resident since 1962. Preceded in death by her husband, Burl Hawkins in 2007; a daughter, Sabrina Hawkins; six brothers and sisters. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Amanda Hawkins; a granddaughter, Marinda Kent; two great granddaughters, Sadie Owens and Lanaia Wells; one great grandson, Lance Wells; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Ronnie Murphy; a brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Lois McPeek; numerous nieces and nephews. Following Nancy’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no services.
