Ralph G. Ferrel
Age 88, of Canton, passed away Saturday January 28, 2017 in Aultman Compassionate Care. He was born May 31, 1928 in Canton to the late Emile and Catherine (Furden) Ferrel. Ralph was a WWII Navy veteran. He retired from Canton Drop Forge in 1990 after more than 25 years of service. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by five brothers and one sister. Ralph is survived by his wife, Joan D. (Lewis) to whom he was married 63 years; his mother-in-law, Dorothea Lewis; two sisters-in-law and many loving nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday February 4, 2017 at 3:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Jeri K. Johnson and Pastor Dave Ross officiating.
