Robert L. Gill, age 59, of Canton, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Born on December 24th, 1965, he was the son of Dorothy (Gardner) Bates and the late Harold Gill. A proud 1984 graduate of Sandy Valley High School and a mechanic of 35 years. He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to those around him.
He loved showing that being yourself no matter how odd was always the best way to live. He enjoyed oddities, working on many projects, cats, collecting, and always being a helping hand where he could. He will be missed by many who he was there for in big and little strides.
Bob is survived by his loving daughter, Samantha Gill; his brother Randall Gill and his wife Chasity Gill; His brother Thomas Gill and his wife, Denise Gill.
