Robert Thomas “Bob” McGee

Age 61, of Canton, passed away Saturday September 24, 2022 in Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. He was born September 30, 1960 in Morgantown, WV to the late Dale W. and Joan (Dillie) McGee. Bob was a 1979 graduate of East Canton High School and served on the East Canton Fire Department for 15 years. He was formerly employed by Danner Press, Life Line Screening of America, Time Warner Cable and FedEx. He was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and the East Canton Railroad Club for 48 years. He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Walter Wincek. Bob is survived by two brothers, Alvin (Linda) McGee and Reggie (Kelly) McGee; four nieces and nephews, Kevin (Kristina) McGee, Jenny (Phil) Yale, Logan and Keegan McGee; several great-nieces and a great-nephew. A celebration of Bob’s life will be November 12, 2022 from 6-8PM in Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. Inurnment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens November 14, 2022 at 10:30AM.
