Scott R. Morrison

Age 54, of East Sparta died Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born October 29, 1963 in Canton, Ohio to Richard and Phyllis (McDermott) Morrison. He was a 1982 graduate of Canton South High School. Scott was a member of St. Mary’s/St Benedict Catholic Parish.  Preceded in death by grandparents, Dean and Mary Morrison, Phillip and Helen McDermott. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Phyllis Morrison; two sisters and brother-in-law, Cheryl Morrison, Dawn and Scott Harris; two nephews, Ryan (Thuy) Harris, Brendon Harris; two nieces, Erin Harris, AnnaSophia Harris; one great nephew, Nicholas Harris; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 10:00 am in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Canton with Fr. Donald Feicht as Celebrant. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 – 8 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave.
