Age 79, of Canton died Monday, April 18, 2022 in Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center following a brief illness. Born May 28, 1942 in Canton, Ohio to the late Donald J. and M. Venetia (Lewis) Schario. She was a life resident of Canton and a graduate of Canton Lincoln High School. She was formerly employed by Pyramid Career Services. Sherry was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Lincoln Alumni Association, Lincoln Alumni Scholarship Committee, and her ladies card club. Preceded in death by her husband, Dean Putnam in 2016 and a sister, Anita Kay Nitzu. She is survived by her children, Julie Cini, Patty (Jeff) Berkebile, Greg (Lisa) Cini, Jill (Jack) Diamond, Kris (Terry) Walkerly, Peter Putnam; 14 grandchildren, Cody (Irene), Jacob, Adellina, Maddie, Peyton, Sydney, Matt (Jenna), Ben, Abby (Keith), Taran, Autumn, Dylan, Austin, Isabella; five great grandchildren, Calley, Gunner, Hadley, Mila “Mimi”, Tatum; one sister, Patty Milford; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family. A memorial service will be Saturday April 23, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Friends may call prior to the service on Saturday from 1:30 – 3:00 pm.
