Vivian R. Bucher
Vivian R. Bucher, age 84, of Canton, died Monday, July 5, 2004 in White Oak Convalescent Home following an extended illness. Daughter of the late Raymond and Myrtle "Pearl" (Melcher) Fleury. She was a life resident of the Canton area and a 1938 graduate of McKinley High School. She retired from the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services in 1984 and was a member of North Industry Christian Church. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon A. Bucher in 1973; one son, Ray Bucher in 1989. Survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Luther Cooke of Canton; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Bernice Morgan of Canton. Services will be Friday at 1pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before the services on Friday (12-1pm).
