Walter L. Vincent

Walter L. Vincent, 91 years young, took his final journey to heaven on August 11, 2024. He was born January 21, 1933, to Robert and Minnie (Moser) Vincent.

He was a beloved father, grandfather and friend. He was a hard worker and instilled that quality in his children and grandchildren.

Walter was a humble and kind man and always had a positive outlook on life. He loved to tell and hear stories from other people, always eager to learn about something, someplace or someone. He made friends easily and had a positive impact on everyone he met. He was proud to be a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Korean war with the rank of Sergeant. Walter was also a member of the Christ Memorial Church in Robertsville.

Walter is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia; daughter in law, Susan and 2 great granddaughters. 

Those left to cherish his memories are his sons; Kevin Vincent and Keith (Lisa) Vincent; daughters, Beth Vincent, Becky Sayre; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great – grandson.

A graveside service will be held at Robertsville Cemetery on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 11:00am.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
