Willard "Will" Moyers

Willard “Will” Moyers, age 80, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Aultman Hospital. He was born in Massillon, Ohio, on June 18, 1946 and spent most of his life as a member of the Massillon community.

Will attended Wayne-Dale High School in Apple Creek, Ohio. He retired from Gerstenslager, where he worked for many years as a laborer. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, watching westerns and spending time with his beloved puppy, Chloe.

In addition to his parents, Paul and Norma Moyers, Will was preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Susan B. Moyers, who passed away on February 9, 2020; sister, Beth Moyers Rosenberger; and brother, David Spencer.

Those left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Michelle Cole; siblings, Bill (Sandra), Glen (Myrna) and John (Annette) Moyers, and Judy (Denny) Akers; granddaughter, Alyssa Cole; great-grandchildren, Mason, Annalise, Brilynn and Willow; children, Willard Jr. and Penny; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Per his wishes, there are no formal services planned at this time.
