Barbara A. Hyde

Age 95, of Canton died Friday, November 12, 2021 in Centreville Village, Carrollton. Born April 23, 1926 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Hershel and Velva (Headley) Johnston. She was a Canton resident since 1953 and was formerly employed by Wilson Rubber. Preceded in death by her husband, William D. Hyde in 2018; six brothers and one sister. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Debbie Hyde; one daughter and son-in-law, Julie Ann and William Richards; six grandchildren, Jeff Hyde, Christopher (Ashley) Hyde, Kelsey (Sean) O’Connell, Chase, Clay and Seth Richards; two great grandchildren, Adelynn Grace and Lilliana Mae Hyde; one expectant great granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Centreville Village and Crossroads Hospice. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021 at 11:30 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Pastor Kenny Thomas officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Memorial donations may be made to the First Christian Church of Malvern “Kingdom Project”.
