Age 62, of Canton died Saturday, September 17, 2022 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born July 25, 1960 in Canton, Ohio to Earl and Hildred (McCray) Midcap. He was a life resident of Canton and was formerly employed by Jim’s Truck Repair. Brett was a member of The Club. Preceded in death by his father, Earl Midcap; a sister, Diane Frantz; two brothers, Michael and Earl Midcap; one aunt, Anna McCray. He is survived by his mother, Hildred McCray; a brother, Dana (Lori) McCray; a sister, Rebecca Midcap; several nieces and nephews; one great nephew; countless friends. Friends will be received Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Following Brett’s wishes, cremation will take place following the visitation.
