Age 59 of Canton went home to be with the Lord Sunday March 21, 2021 following a brief illness. He was born January 3, 1962 in Canton to Conrad J. and Roberta R. (Harris) Zucal. Joe was a 1981 graduate of Canton South High School. He was employed by A Quality where he was respected for his work ethic, mentoring of his fellow workers and knowledge of his trade. Joe was a very humble man who transferred his love for art, music, nature and campfires to his many loved nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Mary/St. Benedict Parish. He is preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Danny Sandy. He is survived by his parents, Conrad and Roberta Zucal; six sisters, Sharon (Bill) Norton, Laura (David) Amabeli, Theresa Sandy, Kathy Miller (Edward Giriunas), Diane Bergman and Cindy (Dennis) Natale; one brother, Steve Zucal; numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday March 25, 2021 at 10:30am in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Canton with Fr. Benson Okpara as celebrant. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery.
