Lita M. Ross

Age 94, of Canton, passed away Tuesday April 19, 2022 in Bethany Nursing Home. She was born January 8, 1928 in Canton to the late Leonard and Pearl (Miller) Billman. She was a graduate of Lehman High School and served as bookkeeper in her husband’s business, Don Ross Motors for many years. Lita enjoyed cooking and working in her beautiful yard. Her greatest joy was the time spent with her family. She was a true blessing to her family; she will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Don Ross in 2019 to whom she was married 70 years; one son, Joseph Ross in 2004; one sister, Vivian Holm. Lita is survived by her two loving grandchildren, Heidi (Dr. Brent) Bach and Erik (Amy) Ross; four great-grandchildren, Carter and Amelia Bach, Matthew and Lauren Ross; two nieces, Connie (Charles) Buchheit and Faye Jury; great-niece, Christina Buchheit; great-nephew, Dr. David Jury. Private family services will be in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with burial in Melscheimer Cemetery. The family would like to thank Bethany Nursing Home for their wonderful care.
