Sylvia Mendenhall
Age 92, of Canton died Friday, May 27, 2022 in St Luke’s Lutheran Home. Born March 31, 1930 in Guernsey County, Ohio to the late Frank and Hazel (Eschbaugh) Powell. She was formerly employed by Letherman Seed Co. for several years. Preceded in death by her husband, James J. Mendenhall; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by three children, Diana (Walt) Girod, James (Linda) Mendenhall, Patricia (Scott) Ryter; nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one sister. Following Sylvia’s wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services.
